The free diagnostic costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can run the diagnostic on as many QuickBooks files as you like at no charge.

Fix, 14-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind the paid work. Fix ($117, one-time per client) connects QuickBooks and cleans up the books with your approval. If it doesn't help you clean up the client, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full, no complicated conditions.

One-time purchases

Fix is a one-time purchase, per client, nothing to cancel, no recurring charges. Firm ($39 per connected client / month) is a monthly subscription: you can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops future charges. If you're dissatisfied with your first month of Firm, email us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it. Later monthly charges are not automatically refundable once the month's service has been provided, but you can cancel at any time to avoid the next charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@cleanupledger.com and let us know. Refunds are processed through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our payment provider and Merchant of Record, back to your original card. Processing time depends on your bank, typically a few business days.

Fair use

The guarantee covers genuine dissatisfaction with the usefulness of a paid diagnostic or pack. We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests that indicate misuse of the guarantee rather than a real concern about the product.
