Paid diagnostics & packs — 100% money-back guarantee

We stand behind our paid products — the Full Diagnostic ($29), the Client Packet ($49), and the 10-Pack ($199). If a paid diagnostic or pack doesn't help you scope and quote QuickBooks cleanups, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full — no complicated conditions.

One-time purchases

The Full Diagnostic, Client Packet and 10-Pack are one-time purchases — nothing to cancel, no recurring charges. The Full Diagnostic and Client Packet apply to a single file; the 10-Pack gives you 10 client packets to use across files. Firm Monitor is a separate monthly plan, currently in private beta with no charge; when it launches, monthly billing and cancellation terms will apply and be shown at signup.

How to request a refund

Email support@cleanupledger.com and let us know. Refunds are processed through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our payment provider and Merchant of Record, back to your original card. Processing time depends on your bank, typically a few business days.

Fair use

The guarantee covers genuine dissatisfaction with the usefulness of a paid diagnostic or pack. We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests that indicate misuse of the guarantee rather than a real concern about the product.
